Peter Criss aka George Peter Criscoula, born December 20, 1945 in Brooklyn, New York City. Had worked with several bands in the late 50's and early 60's before joining Kiss.

Peter Criss was the original drummer until drug- and health problems forced him out in 1980.

In 1996 he was back again, as a hired gun, paid per show. With some exeptions this lasted till 2003, when he again wanted out. Peter was no longer motivated and also had an arm injury.

Peter is married to Gigi Criss (his third marriage) and has a daughter, Jenillee.
